About This Role
The Manager / Lead โ Marketing will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy for a cloud-managed services business by bridging complex technical offerings with business-level value and building a strong, revenue-driven B2B pipeline.
The role demands a combination of strategic thinking, cloud domain expertise, demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and data-driven decision-making, ensuring measurable impact across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.

Technical & Domain Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Expertise in B2B demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels
- Hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise-level targeting
- Proficiency in lead nurturing, building marketing pipeline, and lifecycle marketing to improve funnel conversions
- High level of adaptability and agility in a fast-changing technology and market environment to use AI
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Strong knowledge of MarTech stack management, including campaign tracking optimization and automation - Ability to analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, paid media) - Strong content strategy experience including case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership assets
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, retention, and account growth strategies
- Experience working in B2B, SaaS, Cloud, or Managed Services (MSP) environments
Requirements
What we are Looking For
- Masterโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within cloud, SaaS, or managed services (MSP) environments
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven expertise in demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-backed decision-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing with sales and drive revenue-focused outcomes
