About This Role

As a Regional Sales Manager โ€“ Cloud Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth for cloud solutions and SaaS products. This role involves on-the-ground sales efforts, including client meetings, product presentations, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers for cloud solutions and SaaS products.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through proactive prospecting.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams) to provide solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or SaaS solutions is a ย  plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby regions for client meetings.
